Thank you for choosing Revanced. Every order is prepared with care and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Australian Orders

All Australian orders receive free express delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location or carrier network conditions.

International Orders

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing in the receiving country.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Revanced does not control or cover these charges.

If an order cannot be cleared through customs for any reason including unpaid duties, import restrictions, or failure to provide required information is the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

While uncommon, delays can occasionally occur during transit.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact orders@revanced.com.au and our team will investigate with the carrier.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Missed Deliveries or Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or an incorrect address is provided, the parcel may be returned to us. In these cases, reshipping costs will apply. We will contact you once the parcel is received back at our facility.

Packaging

Serum bottles are sealed and packed carefully to prevent leakage during transit.
Laser helmets are shipped in their original premium packaging with protective cushioning to ensure safe delivery.
