If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used items. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve it promptly.

Unopened items (helmet or serum) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds for:

Opened or used serum
Helmets that show signs of wear
Products purchased outside our official website

Faulty Items

If your laser helmet or serum arrives damaged or is not functioning as expected:

Please contact us at orders@revanced.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos. If we are not contacted within this 7-day period, we may be unable to assist with the request.

We will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
